I am very appreciative and thankful for everyone who was working on Friday, January 16. I brought a dog in, whom I am familiar with, that was found on the side of the road. We initially thought she had been hit by a car, but the team found this was not the case. The dog was found to be emaciated, hypothermic, weak with a low blood pressure. The team Immediately started measures to help her by putting a blanket warmer on her and checking her regularly. When her temperature had come up, we were referred to the emergency vet. Unfortunately, the dog passed away 12 hours later at the emergency vet. After being turned away by another local vet at 10 AM during an emergency, I brought my 16-year-old dog here. The team was amazing. They performed a comprehensive exam and clearly explained his condition (loss of balance and heavy breathing) without any pressure. When it became clear that saying goodbye was the kindest option, they handled the euthanasia with incredible sensitivity and professionalism. I’m so grateful for their compassion during such a hard time.

⸻ My dog was having a very severe allergic reaction, and I was extremely nervous about going to an emergency vet. In the past, I had a terrible experience at another emergency clinic where a different dog of mine was nearly overdosed after a snake bite, so I’ve been very apprehensive ever since. This time, though, I found this clinic and I’m so grateful I did. They got us in immediately, their prices were very reasonable, and the veterinarian was kind, compassionate, and clearly knowledgeable. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, and we felt completely at ease throughout the visit. I would absolutely return here if we ever needed emergency care again.

I can only give this place 2 stars. The staff were all very kind, sensitive to our concerns, the facility was calm and very clean, and the process of getting into be seen was fast and easy. Unfortunately the vet misdiagnosed my pet which resulted in a much worse condition that could have cost our pet her life. My cat had an abscess right next to her anal cavity that the vet tech had actually suggested during her triage, could have been an anal gland rupture. The veterinarian did his evaluation and actually diagnosed as an infection caused by a foreign bacteria breaking the skin via another animal scratch or bite, even though I made it very clear both of our pets are 100% indoors. I did not even know cats had anal glands that may need suppressing like dogs do, but FYI that is a thing. So wh

I brought my baby in last night and they took great care of her. Staff were friendly, gentle and knowledgeable. They made sure my girl got some pain meds to make her comfortable until I could get her to her vet today. They ran several tests and had her records sent over to her vet within 12 hours of my appointment so when we got to her vet they already knew we’d been to the urgent care and already had a plan. Would definitely recommend to all fur parents if your baby gets sick after vet hours.
