Dr. Ransom and his team are the best. He always takes his time answering your questions and providing information on how to best care for your pets. He is professional and friendly. You never feel rushed or treated like just another patient. I would highly recommend them and will continue to trust them with my four fur babies!😊

This was our first time at this vet and we loved it. I’m not just writing this for the purpose of writing it, but I want others who are waffling on which vet to use, to know about this place! The way the vet took time figuring out what’s wrong with my Bullet, the way he explained our treatment plan, answered any questions, explained the medicines in detail…. It was great!! I don’t know what I expected but it was better than I thought it would be. They also don’t make the services unaffordable!! I was surprised and very happy with the low amount I had to pay for the great care we received! I’m very happy with them, and glad I decided to try them!

The entire office is extremely welcoming. I was able to see the vet in a timely manner. I enjoyed the visit and believe my dog will be well taken care of.

Dr. Lucas was great as she always is. My big boy Rome loves her. She's thorough, pleasant, and shows genuine caring concern for him. I love how she also incorporates my assistance when Rome might be feeling a little uneasy. With him being a Rottweiler a lot of people (including some vets) thinks he's aggressive. But he's still a puppy although big for his age, and she handles him like a champ! We love Dr. Lucas and the Flat Creek family.

We have been patients of this clinic and Dr. Ransom for many years. Unfortunately, this rating reflects the front office and management, not the veterinarian. My 14-year-old dog depends on daily medication, and missing it puts her life at risk. On Monday, I called and left a voicemail requesting a medication renewal at Kroger (Kroger also sent the request while I was there). There was no callback and no confirmation. I called again on Wednesday and left another voicemail—again, no response. On Friday, I called once more and left a voicemail, then continued calling until I reached a live person. When I explained the situation to the receptionist, the only response I received was, “We were short-handed.” There was no apology and no sense of urgency. I then asked to speak with the office m
