Pathway Animal Hospital and Urgent Care

Wonderful experience with Dr. Pulin and staff at this location. We had to put our sweet dog of almost 15 years down. Though I was pretty sure that euthanasia was the right path before arrival, Dr. Pulin walked us through testing/limited options, probable outcome and prognosis of our girl to assist our decision. This vet and her staff were knowledgeable and compassionate in a difficult time for our family. Could not have asked for any better!

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! I brought my rescue pup Tazzie in for xylitol toxicity and the whole staff was very kind and caring. The tech McKenzie and Dr. Pullin treated Tazzie like their own. Immediate treatment was successful - Dr. Pullin spent time with me reviewing the stomach contents and explaining options for next steps of treatment. I was able to take Tazzie home to monitor overnight and bring her back at the 24 hour mark to test liver values (to ensure no hidden damage). The lobby is such a nice environment we didn't even mind waiting for results! Dr. Jackson explained those very well and fortunately T's liver function was perfectly normal. Such a positive experience, excellent staff and convenient location, I'm going to be switching to Pathway for our ongoing veterinar

I had an amazing experience at Pathway Vet ER Hospital. I actually called them while I was still at another vet hospital to ask about their wait time and how quickly they could see my pet. The woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly kind and reassuring—and she truly kept her word. When we arrived, we were attended to immediately. After filling out a bit of paperwork, we were seen within 20 minutes, which was such a relief compared to the one-hour wait at the other hospital. The vet tech and doctor were both extremely loving, compassionate, and even funny, which helped ease a very stressful situation. You can genuinely tell they care about both the pets and the pet parents. On top of the wonderful care, the visit was also very affordable compared to other emergency vet hospitals. I

I live and hour and 20 min away. But I’ll gladly go out of my way to bring my pups here. I can’t express how amazing the staff and vets are here! My baby Bowie has been sick and it’s been kind of a mystery why. I brought him in to Urgent Care, they took care of him and got a plan going. The prices are VERY reasonable for Urgent Care. I’ve been to other places and it sometimes seems like they seize an opportunity to squeeze out a ton of money, because they know we will do anything for our babies! Pathway isn’t like that and they seem to genuinely care about their furry patients and Pet parents. We will be patients as long as they are there. Thanks to the staff and vets for doing an amazing job!

Dr Pullin is so awesome and one of a kind! She is compassionate and gets to the root cause rather than just treating symptoms. She genuinely cares about her patients. She was instrumental in saving my kitten’s life and has helped heal more than one of my pets. I am forever grateful for her.
