We walked in on Saturday around 4pm. We were taken to an exam room right away. Alicia and Dr.Alman were so sweet and they took the time to answer ALL our questions and give us all the pertinent information for my pet. They handled him with care and tried their very best to look at his teeth even though my pet was nervous and moved around. They were very patient and I did not feel rushed as I was asking my questions. Thankfully my pet is doing much better with the medications and I am very grateful a place like this exists for urgent, but not life-threatening needs. My senior Chihuahua is doing very well after just 1 day! Thank you! 🙏 💗

Went in because my kitty was having urinary issues and Ariel and Dr.Otto were so amazing and kind with helping my sweet girl! Very attentive staff and they followed up with me via phone call the next day to see how she was doing and answer any questions. Extremely affordable for being an urgent care as well!

I had a great experience with UrgentVet when my cat had an eye injury. The staff was kind, calm, and incredibly thorough. They performed a very detailed exam and took the time to clearly explain everything, including treatment steps and what to watch for at home. I especially appreciated that they also discussed allergy alternatives and options going forward. I felt informed, reassured, and confident in my cat’s care. I even got a follow-up phone call the next day to see how Milo was doing. Highly recommend.

TLDR; great option if you're in a pinch after hours, willing to pay a slightly elevated price than your regular vet My dogs paw had been irritated for about 48 hours and home topical antibiotic ointment wasn't doing it. When I got home from work late, his licking had made it exponentially worse despite our attempts to cover it up & keep him from licking. I didn't want to risk another night of him making it worse and UrgentVet was the only nearby place that was open. I was able to check in online and arrive about 20 minutes later. I was immediately brought back to a private room where we waited for about 20-30 minutes. Then the vet tech came in do the the initial exam, then the vet, then treatment. Ultimately they prescribed two medications and also sent us home with an e-collar to preven

On Sunday evening around 6:30pm we had an emergency with our 15 1/2 year old Border Collie. Tried calling my own vet, to no avail. Then tried Blue Pearl emergency in Oak Creek, closed. Found Urget Vet on line, called and they said come on in. We were there in 10 minutes. The staff went right to work. Rudy, our dog, needed more extensive work done then could be handled at this clinic. Being that Rudy is an old boy with other complications and aches and pains, we made the tough decision to not have him go through a tough surgery. The staff was awesome, caring and compassionate. They gave us a private room with soft, gentle music playing, all the treats you could want, a nice soft bed on the floor (big enough for you and your animal), gave all the time we needed to say good bye. 😢 When the
