My yorkie was diagnosed with bladder cancer. The Oncologist and all staff were very helpful and explained thoroughly and even drew us a diagram to help understand what the next steps are needed to help our baby. The bill we had to pay for was less than I expected. I recommend anyone that needs help for their pet to go to Blue Pearl of Oak Creek. Thank you for helping us go through this tough time by caring for our loving yorkie Benji.

This place used to be great when it was Lakeshore Veterinary Hospital. Since it has transitioned to Blue Pearl it seems to have gone downhill. I brought my cat there who was in respiratory distress and instead of treating her for the most obvious common ailment which would be an infection, they diagnosed her with a less common genetic heart condition and told me she had less than a year to live. They recommended we go see a feline cardiologist which cost even more money than that visit... all for that specialty doctor to tell us our cat just had a simple infection and needed antibiotics. Three days on the antibiotics and she was almost back to normal. She could have died if we hadn't gotten into the cardiologist so quickly. Usually you have to wait several months to see a specialist, but

They close at 7, don’t be fooled we got turned down while my dog was having a bloodshot eye because the doctor said it would take too long. So then advertise you close at 7 sorry my dog didn’t have her problems during normal business hours I’ll make sure she does better next time. Absolutely disgusting.

Absolute nightmare! Patient for a year. Four weeks prior to being cancer free, she started to have issues we consulted with our primary vet and with a suspicious ultrasound they decided to consult with our oncologist at blue Pearl. She had no time to call my vet nor to call me and suggested getting the dog into blue pearl internal medicine doctor over a week later when I said, my dog was uncomfortable and in distress, they told me to call my primary vet for that. She has now spent over two weeks doctoring at the university of Wisconsin veterinary Hospital, which treated us with respect and empathy. Unfortunately, today she was put down with no help or empathy from Dr. Sternberg the oncologist at blue Pearl. Shame on that organization blue pearl is the worst place to take an animal that

I came in here At 7:20am thinking my dog had a medical emergency. I got there they took my dog in the back, about 30 minutes later they provided a room for me and brought my dog back to me 45 minutes later I sat there for three more hours waiting for somebody to update me on any kind of findings, my dog was pacing and drooling still. They did not provide my dog with any water or me with any updates. I called up to the front desk twice for an update, I informed them that I will be leaving if they will not update me in the next 20 minutes. I waited 30 more minutes and decided to leave. I left work, cause I thought my dog was on the verge of dying. He was dehydrated and hadn't slept all night had I know it was gonna look like this. I could've waited 40 more minutes and taken my dog to his own
