The vet staff was so friendly and helpful. I had to put my sweet dog down and the vet helped me understand the process. They also gave me a vial of her hair and let me listen to her heart beat. It was such a devastating experience to lose my dog, but I’m thankful it was with a vet staff that truly cared. They cried with me and made sure me and my dog were as comfy as possible. Their prices are also better than other ERs and they give an exceptional quality of care to the pets. Thank you for helping me and supporting me. I miss my dog dearly. Rest in peace Darcie 💜

We have come here a handful of times with our bulldog and every single time, the staff is so knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. I wish I knew the nurses name that helped us on Nov 25th when we came in. She is the best, making sure our dog felt comfortable and did her best to be quick. The doctor we spoke to Jason Pozzuoli was fantastic. He came in and immediately knew what was going on, was able to treat our dog quickly and answered all of our questions. We know we can trust them to take care of our dog. The cost is also very reasonable compared to an emergency vet.

I am so grateful for this place! They have the most amazing staff. Incredibly kind hearted and caring people. I called them just before they closed , but they said to bring my dog in anyway so they could check him out. They stayed there with him long after they were supposed to have closed. Unfortunately he had to be put down, but they made something that was the hardest thing i could imagine into something beautiful and full of love. I could not be more grateful. I would recommend over and over again.

Beast hurt his hind leg and was in a lot of pain. After a full check at UrgetVet he was treated for not only his knee injury, but ear infections I didn't know he had! He is already so much better after a few days! The staff was kind, patient and called to check on him the next day. Wonderful care without paying high vet ER prices.

We were able to reserve a spot online and they got us in right away. The staff were so friendly and took great care of our pup. They clearly explained policies and pricing. And they got our girl taken care of quickly.
