On March 8, 2026 my kids and I needed more mice for our snake and were out of options on how to get our snake to eat and the kindest and most helpful employee suggested a new tactic and supplied us with what we needed and boy did it work! We are just so grateful and wish to thank her for helping us and our sweet little ball python! She ate!

I like going to these places because you can adopt your cat or dog or other small animals and give them a good home my last three cats came from Petco. These are the last two cats I adopted the one with the tongue out is the daughter the mama is the first picture

Yeah don’t go here, first the employees are disrespectful and could not care less if you wanna buy something or not and second they will kick you out for legit no reason so. I will also take accountability we were tossing around a 2 inch ball and it was somewhat near the cages yes that was a problem. Instead of asking us to stop he goes to the door and says “Get out.” We were just walking around and even were interested in buying a hamster but they told us there system was down store wide which was fine. But we were just killing time there which is not a problem or illegal. Rude staff.😊

I don't shop here a lot. I tried a product, which unfortunately didn't work, so I took it back with the receipt within 30 days. The representative tried to tell me that the product I had wasn't on my receipt, without bothering to scan the product to see if it was correct; it was the only shopping I had done there in quite sometime and the only receipt I had for them, so it was clearly the correct receipt and product. Don't hassle people for no reason.

Schaefer and their team are the best! So knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They have helped us find just the right foods for both our dogs and guinea pigs. Highly recommend this store and the awesome humans who run it!
