The staff was courteous and facilitated a smooth process. The veterinarian demonstrated professionalism and compassion, thoroughly explaining the procedures and discharge instructions. She alleviated my anxiety and concerns, especially given that our dog was injured (bitten in the face). The facility maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and the examination room was adequately spacious, providing sufficient seating for my son and me. I would strongly endorse Urgent Vet of Bayport.

Kind staff most importantly !! I was able to set up the appt online and be seen within 29 minutes if scheduling . I was seen exactly on time and met with staff who evaluated my pet , did the tests and provided treatment options and was home an hour later . When the bill was presented prior to proceeding , I was asked about each test and was able to gather information and select the tests that I wanted to proceed with . Cutest thing at the end , my Thea had her picture taken and was identified as “Pet of the week “ for her good behavior during a procedure . I hope I don’t need to go back , but will definitely head to Bayport to this Urgent Care if we need support in the future !

My poor girl got a lovely hot spot that went south fast from gnawing on it non-stop. I wasn’t able to get into my vet the following day and knew it shouldn’t wait any longer. I was able to get an appointment online super easily and they took me in 15 minutes earlier than scheduled. They explained everything and broke down the estimate great. Super friendly environment and very clean! Will likely use them again in the future if an emergency comes up.

They got Loki in immediately and the staff was quick and kind. They made a scary experience much easier for us. Price was very reasonable too.

Our visit to urgent vet in Bayport was unfortunately a sad one. However, the people there were so incredibly kind and patient and comforting. They let us take all the time we needed to say goodbye. I wish I could remember the names of the people, but the evening is a bit of a fog. Instead, I will just say thank you to all of you who were there that night and I look forward to seeing you under better circumstances. I would recommend this office to anyone.
