They go above and beyond with my dogs, even handling my most difficult dog without sedation. The dogs came back looking so handsome. The store is like a park avenue salon; beautiful!! Not like any other grooming stores I’ve been to which were dirty and dingy Jay and staff are friendly and personable. I can’t recommend them enough. Their 5 star ratings says it all.

I brought my 8 month old SDiT for a nail trim & dremel. The staff were friendly, but my experience did not match what was clearly communicated on the phone. When booking, I mentioned I saw a 10:30 AM slot, but I was told 15 min apts are not long enough for a first visit & that after hours would allow them to “go slow and take our time.” That was a main reason I chose this groomer, even though they are farther from me. I was told the cost would be $21–28 depending on how he did, which I repeated back & confirmed. I also explained he is a 90 lb puppy & that I am pregnant, so I can’t do all nails alone at once & 2 person handling is easier. I did not say he was “resistant”. However, the entire appointment was 6:10–6:17 PM including going in, on/off the table, & handing him back. That does

I truly can’t express how grateful I am for this groomer. From start to finish, they were incredibly kind, patient, and professional, and they took exceptional care of my senior dog. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and treat every pet like their own. 1000/10 — I can’t recommend them enough. We absolutely love this place!
