We had an outstanding experience. From the moment we walked in, the entire team showed so much love and care for our dog. They made him feel truly welcomed with affection, treats, and even a toy, which meant so much to us as pet parents. Dr. Wheat was incredibly informative, patient, and genuinely kind. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel completely comfortable and confident in dog’s care. You can truly tell this office loves what they do and treats every pet like family. We are so grateful to have found such an amazing veterinary team and highly recommend them.

I have been go into the office with my lab for several years now and all the office staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and go out of the way to be curious and passionate with care. The veterinarians take their time with both Human and Dog patients answer their questions and make both parties feel comfortable.

My dog had been experiencing ear pain and shaking over night and I called Bayport Vet as soon as they opened to get an appt and they were SO caring and amazing. They got me in that morning to see the doctor. Dr Smith was incredible, you can truly see how much she cares for your pet. From the front desk to the technicians to the doctor - absolutely amazing. I would recommend Bayport Vet to anyone!

My dog needed surgery and Dr. Wheat sat and talked with me and answered all my questions. I called after surgery and left a message for her and she actually called back. I don’t feel like I have to get through a gatekeeper to speak to her. The whole staff is absolutely wonderful and caring and I know my dog is in good hands when she is there.

Absolutely amazing staff and office! Dr. Wheat is one of the most amazing vets in the business!! I trust her implicitly and will listen to any advice she gives!!! I travel over a half an hour away from my house just to see her because I do not accept anything less than the best for my dog and the best is Dr.wheat and Bayport vet!
