I’ve been taking my Golden Doodle, Kipling, to Urban Yap for about a year now, and every single visit has been awesome! It’s clear from the get-go these folks really have a heart for dogs. They know their stuff, and my dog always feels super comfortable there. Urban Yap handles everything from haircuts to nail trimming and ear cleaning, and they nail it every time. My dog tends to be a bit on the anxious side, but he’s always calm and happy there. It’s obvious the people at Urban Yap don’t just work with animals; they truly care about them. The place itself is always clean and tidy, with everything they need to do a quality grooming job. They’ve always been straight up about prices, which I really appreciate.
