Riverside Vet

Riverside Vet is absolutely incredible! They've taken such good care of our precious furry family on two different emergent cases that we quite literally ran into their lobby while our animal was at deaths door. Dr. Price could not be a better vet, or a better human, if she tried. She is equal parts thoughtful, brilliant, compassionate and loving. I trust her with absolutely everything which makes it so much easier when making tough decisions. From the moment you walk in to Riverside Vet you just have a sense of home. Their staff is so kind and welcoming while displaying consistent compassion that is often not seen in the rest of the world. I cannot say enough good things about Riverside Vet. We had the unfortunate day of having to say goodbye to our beloved fur baby and they did everything possible to make it the easiest experience they are so full of love here that I am just so grateful to have found them! Dr. Alexander is the most feeling and down to earth vet that I have ever come across and you know and feel that she is right there in the trenches with you! The techs are amazing and one in particular Val saw our name on the board and came in there to show her love and caring for her to take the time to do that was just so incredible. Dr. Price provided a proper diagnosis (even for being extremely busy on a Friday, she took her time to provide a thorough exam, an extremely detailed bloodwork panel, xrays, etc.) in essentially saving Theo's life. Riverside Vet discovered an intestinal blockage & immediately got us referred over to an Emergency Vet. The staff is extremely well trained and very friendly! Madi offered refreshments and even a dog bed so that Theo was comfortable! We will be switching from our old vet to Riverside Vet now--thank you!

We took our German Shepherd puppy to Riverside Vet for a spot she had on her tummy, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Calling to book an appointment was so simple, and they were able to get her in right away. When we arrived, the check-in process was seamless and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They even offered us water or coffee and, of course, gave our baby a little treat. We were seen by Kenzie and Dr. Alexander, and both of them were truly fantastic. Kenzie, our vet tech, was warm, comforting, and so sweet with our puppy. Dr. Alexander was equally wonderful; gentle, reassuring, and clearly very knowledgeable. We had a fantastic first visit here establishing our cat, Odysseus! It was a wonderful experience that will for sure keep us coming back for years to come. We were greeted quickly by Lilly and Jessica did a fantastic job making us feel comfortable in the room itself. Asking questions and fielding our own. Lastly, Dr Stauffer made us feel at ease when talking through our cat's URI and making sure he is on the right meds to get him back to full health. We love the atmosphere here and how much they clearly care for the animals (and people) that walk through the door!
