My husband surprised me with a 9 months old Bouvier des Flandres for Christmas. My two friends highly recommended Brittney @ Urban Dog Grooming. I was so nervous since I’m a new dog mom lol When I arrived, Brittney greeted me and took her time to get to know Sammie. She let me come back and chill while Sammie got used to her surroundings. Becca was so sweet and gave Sammie some treats too! We chatted for a bit on what type of hair cut I wanted and Brittney helped me order the proper dog brushes. She even showed me how to brush Sammie properly so she won’t get matted in between grooming appointments. I felt like such a helicopter mom lol but when I finally left, I felt at ease. I love Urban grooming. They take great care of my sweet pup, who sometimes snips at them! They are patient and love her anyway! She always looks fantastic!

Hands down the absolute best groomers in the metroplex! They took care of my yorkie for over 7yrs (she crossed the rainbow bridge) Now I have 2 golden doodles puppies (obviously I thrive in chaos) there was no hesitation on where I was taking them. The women are super friendly, caring & very knowledgeable. Pricing is very reasonable and to be honest they definitely deserve more.

I have been taking my senior chihuahua to Urban Groomers for years now, and they always take such good care of her. They have always been so kind and willing to go the extra mile. Thank you Urban Groomers!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I called almost two weeks ago to make an appointment for today at 9:30 for both of my dogs. I had brought one to them last October, so I figured I would bring my other one at the same time to get her taken care of. Well, I get there at 9:30 this morning and the lady I talked to (Brittany I think) said “I don’t have you on the schedule”. I was like I called up here almost two weeks ago to get an appointment set up for today. And she said “ I don’t know what we can do at this point”, I don’t have you on the schedule. I was about to explode. I can only bring my dogs in on the weekends due to my work schedule. The only thing she said she could do is put me down for next weekend. So now I have to wait another week!
