Euless Animal Shelter

I would never suggest anyone adopt from this shelter. Me and my family have experienced absolute trauma due to their negligence when we adopted a dog from them a year or two ago. I had just gone through a tough patch in my life and wanted to have a companion by my side as most animal lovers do. I spent weeks looking at dogs ones that I thought could be a great addition to our home that also had one other dog(Tennessee treeing brindle)and my sisters dog (pitbull)that would come from college with her. One day at our local petsmart they would be having dogs there for adoption there, there was two dogs that I had been looking at that would be at the adoption event. This recuse works with gap rescue who are TERRIBLE people. If you want I would be more than happy to include the conversations I had with Maria Laura Bradford. I was fostering a puppy and when I was needing to return him she went insane. If she was going to be rude the way she was, she should have at least called me but now I have evidence of how she speaks with people. Steffenie as well has not responded to my emails, regarding this matter. I fostered a puppy for about a week, and when returning him she insisted I was dumping him, mommy solves all my problems, this is the problem with my generation, and more. The people at the shelter were nice when dropping him off but since they work with trinity gap rescue I wouldn’t advise anyone to work with this organization!!!

The lady working here was VEARY rude and told me the she wouldn’t take the stray dog i have because my ID says something else .and I’m new to the area! I literally just moved here! . she told me if the dog bites my child they still would not take the dog and shrug her shoulders telling me oh well. She refused to give me her name and she said she would not let me speak to her supervisor! I really should have stayed in Dallas for this treatment! Never will I ever come here again!

This place is awesome. My wife and I have called them twice for help with dogs that have either been lost or abandoned. They were able to locate the animals and help them both times. We will be donating in hopes they can continue their good work. It's a blessing to be able to count on an animal shelter in our area that truly cares about saving these animals.

I would not recommend this place to any one that’s black. I was given the runaround by multiple people and ultimately told I wasn’t a good fit because of my place—despite the fact that they never visited when they were supposed to. Trinity GAP, if you didn’t want me to have the dogs, you should have just said so from the start instead of making me wait days with no response. The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely disappointing.
