I brought my dog to Upper Charles today while looking for a new vet, and I could not be happier with the decision. From the start they were welcoming, clear, and genuinely caring. My dog has special needs, and the way they handled her with patience and compassion was exceptional. I was hesitant about switching vets, but that disappeared quickly. They are straightforward, transparent, and communicative. No pressure, no upselling, and pricing is explained upfront with no surprises. It feels personal and honest, not like a corporate vet experience. Highly recommend.

I am so lucky to have found this awesome veterinarian practice. My LullaBell (a Boston Terrier) is always treated with such kindness and the best care by everyone involved. Staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable. Dr. Reid and Dr. Crosier have such a calm demeanor and takes the time to explain the procedures as well as answering any questions. Never have I felt I was being rushed out the door. I would rate them a 10+ for sure. Here she is with her BFF Bodie Bean.

came here on a recommendation from someone after having a bad experience at another local vet. They were amazing here, so kind and gentle with my cat. They gave him lots of treats and made the experience comfortable for him. They also charged me 1/4 of what the other vet quoted me so I’m very happy with their pricing as well. I will be going here every time my cat needs a vet from now on.

So glad to have been able to find Upper Charles! This is a wonderful place. We have transferred over to Upper Charles since our vets office at Foxboro Animal Hospital was sold. We know Dr. Reed and Dr. Crozier from Foxboro. What an accommodating practice, the doctors and all the staff are wonderful and we are able to get our dog Vito in fairly quick. Can't say enough about the care and treatment of Vito, he actually loves it! Thank you :)

Love Dr Crosier and Dr Read! We saw them before in Foxboro for almost 10 yrs and followed them to their new practice. They take the time your pet needs, listen and I don't feel dismissed or rushed. They also are easy to schedule with and their team is so friendly and professional and make your pet feel at ease. It's a drive but well worth it. Can't recommend them enough!
