Brought my dog in. I was told I had to wait, which is fine. But when you see a groomer standing there “cleaning” . And when I asked they told me I had to wait for the bather to come out. All I was having done was a nail trim. This is not the first negative attempt to get service there. Do not offered walk in service if you plan on not doing it.

I have been going to the awesome groomers here for 12+ years. They treat my Cavaliers and myself like family. They love animals and you can tell that they put their love into their work. My Cavaliers always look and smell amazing and they LOVE coming here!

I’ve tried other grooming salons before and Pet Smart by far was the best one. Although I was skeptical at first, my groomer- Elyse was friendly and patient. She called me before my dog was done and that gave me enough time to arrive at the store to pick her up without needing to be placed in the back for too long. My dog looked, smelled amazing and especially did not look stressed from her appointment! My dog’s well being means a lot to me.

They're always stocked and ready to assist. I go out of my too go.to this particular store

Mates I'm a pet lover and my little man likes to see the little different animals, this store was good but I am only giving them 3 stars because the employee working insulted me when I tried to buy a goldfish for my son and said I should go with a Betta fish 🤦‍♂️
