Moth, the co-owner, was great! We needed advise on what products to use to keep our kitties calm on a car trip from MA to FL. We got CBD oil. Hoping it works great! We even got free treats too! Highly recommend this store for all of your pets needs.

We drove about 40 minutes to get here because their website showed something we had purchased on a vacation that my dog loved . We arrived about 5 minutes before they opened, which their website and door both said 11 am . It is now 11:11 am . There are no cars in the parking lot, no lights on and no one around!! What a waste of a trip ! Clearly the staff do not report to work on time , telling me that they do not care about customer service , nor do they need our business. We got frustrated and left , it is now 11 :15 March 1st 2026 Update the reply states it was bad weather , yes we had some snow flurries but the snow did not even stick to the roads and was extremely mild not dangerous at all , nkt even enough to clean a car off

Happy Tails Market is exactly the kind of small business worth supporting. The two owners work hard, treat every customer with genuine kindness, and make the place feel welcoming every time I walk in. They’re great with my dog and always keep the duck treats she loves in stock. If you want to support a local shop run by people who actually care, this is the spot.

Staff was very knowledgeable and helped us compare different pet foods and all our options including things not available in their store. It was a great change of pace to have a conversation with someone passionate about their job and the store offerings and caring for pets in general. So grateful we stopped in and are happy to use a small business for your pets needs.

If you want to support a local business AND know what ingredients your dog is actually eating, this is the place to shop. I want Axe to live life to his functional fullest, and feeding him with whole ingredients is the first step. Plus, he likes to visit his fur buddy while I get the nutritious food! 10/10 recommend you make a visit!
