Unleashed by Petco

This self-dog wash is great. They have everything you need: shampoo perfectly mixed, scrub for lathering, towels, leads, controllable water temp, huge tubs for big dogs, slip mats, and aprons. I am most pleased that they have the creme de la creme of dog blow driers - the K9-ii. I have a Newfoundland, so this is such a time saver on drying. Thank you to the staff for being helpful, kind, and keeping it so clean.

I went to Petco to pick up my online order and it was bagged and ready when I arrived. The store was well-stocked, organized, and clean. While there I picked up a toy and two cookies for my dog. More importantly, the staff was very friendly.

Paying $20 for a dog wash and provided with towels that look like floor rags - shocking. See pictures. Supplied with shampoo and conditioner - no labels looks watered down. 2/3 hoses of the wash stations the water is coming out super harshly. I would not come here to wash your pooch. If you’re going to charge $20 atleast provide me wish somewhat selection of shampoos and towels with substance to dry my dog. To note: 1 dryer to use for 3 stations. SMH.

I needed to return a “ Pet Corrector “ that during the times it worked wss effective . But it stopped working far too soon. I was prepared with an argument why an exchange was justified but no need . The clerk was fine with it and agreed to the needed exchange Tx

There’s this so called mgr who was rude to a few customers before me as why does petco have horrible customer. He needs a personality . Upsetting to get a horrible customer service. I wanted and even exchange for spoiled treats that I just purchased as I did have the receipt He wanted me to pay 20 more for the even exchange!! How does that make any sense when they sell the product as he saw it was spoiled And said it’s not my fault what do you want ! I admit I did get upset as he was a horrible no personality like he cared less when I said said I will report you as I did call customer to make a report
