Oakland's hidden gem! They have large stock of alll kinds of pet food including hard to find food at the same price or better as online. They have deals too! The employees are always very helpful, nice, and friendly! They go above and beyond for all their customers to create a friendly and welcoming environment.

Don’t go here no parking they take forever if you have a cat they said they only have 1 person doing the cats. They will give you a letter and they will skip you for someone else that has something else like deworming. I asked and the lady was all mad and rude if you can go to the el cerrito location. I do think is good they have good prices but at what expense. I arrived at 10:30 it’s 2:30 and I’m still here good luck.

The prices cannot be beat compared to other vets. I brought my cat as a first time client and when they rang me up I could have sworn it was a mistake. ~ $60 for vaccines, a check-up, and a month of flea meds. I went on a Monday and arrived a bit after 10am. You go in, get a clipboard and fill it out and hand it back to the front desk. They will come out and call you and your pet’s name and then bring your pet in for the exam (still socially distancing). I was the 9th person in line and the total wait time was around 2 hours. I was told they see about 5 clients per hour, so the time I waited was on par. It goes by pretty quickly if you bring something to entertain yourself with and don’t mind chatting with other pet parents and petting their adorable pets. I will certainly return

Came here for Rx cat food for my 15yo cat. I've been less than focused since her being hospitalized and the staff here were very kind and patient. Certainly coming back.

This place does a wonderful service to the per community by offering very reasonably priced vaccinations and veterinary services. Yes it's busy but they run a very efficient waiting system and are very professional once they get to you. They have to deal with all kinds of dogs including more aggressive ones and do so admirably. Keep up the good work! Fyi we rocked up at 10am, filled out a clip board, were assigned number 34, went and did some shopping, came back and were seen at around 11:30. Wait times vary and depend on whether you're just doing shots or having a vet exam.
