Shannon the trainer is amazing! She is so attentive, caring and knowledgable. Highly recommended. The store is fantastic and Rose is always a huge help whenever I shop there.

I appreciate having this store so close without having to go into another town for anything my dog needs. Great stuff, I get all my vet needs here during clinic hours too.

I love my local Petco store. It's a smaller store, but has a good variety of items. What makes this store great is its staff. Everyone I've encountered has been friendly, professional, and extremely helpful if I have questions on a product, or they offer very good advice. Plus they work in tandem with a local pet food pantry, which I think is fantastic.

The store staff at Unleashed are great, but the Vetco team was a mess. I brought my dog Dakota in for shots and a nail trim, and the vet and tech were too busy joking around to actually pay attention. They missed her vein on the first try, then told me they wouldn’t cut her nails because she was “too out of control.” They also said they were “out of Dakota minutes” and needed to pack up and leave, even though she was their last dog of the day. It felt rushed, unprofessional, and careless. The store itself is solid, but I wouldn’t trust the Vetco crew with my dog again.

My favorite pet store. The people that work here are so friendly and helpful. Good vibes
