Everyone is so kind and genuinely love animals. My dog recently got neutered and the procedure went smoothly and I was put at ease with all the information they provided me. They are a great veterinary clinic for anyone.

I took my new dog there and it was my first time. They were all very nice and very reasonably priced. One thing that really stood out to me is that they didn’t try to push things that I didn’t want…at all! I really liked the vet (I’m sorry, I can’t remember her name) and the tech (Heather) was super nice. This is going to be my choice going forward and would recommend it to anyone that asked! Thank you!

I've taken by dog and my cat here for years now and would never go anywhere else, except Starch their sister office. The techs are wonderful and the vets are knowledgeable. Prices are also reasonable, especially for the level of service! Even when they are in the trenches, running behind or maybe had to help with a lot of goodbyes that day (the doors are thin, you hear stuff), they ALWAYS give your pet the time and attention they deserve. AND they just completed a beautiful remodel of their office. :) Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

1st initial contact for 1st visit check-in not so good. Saw 2 people phone in and were allowed in right away. (Remodel of front area so you need to call the receptionist to let them know you are there).I called at 8:20am to inform I was there for my 8:30am appointment. My call rang back twice and placed on hold for a total of 10 minutes. Hung up and called back. Explained that I've been on hold for 10 minutes and my appointment was at 8:30am. Was told all phones were on hold(not sure why I was told that) and I could come to the door. Besides that, Dr. Hannah was great! Explained everything with my newly adopted puppy and gave awesome recommendations. She is very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Follow up appointment in January. Today was my cat's first vet visit and we had the best experience ever. They were able to give him his shots and neuter him all in the same day. Staff was super friendly and explained everything that was happening and that happened, we will be returning!
