Underdogs Grooming

Recently brought our 85lbs Golden Retriever to Underdogs. Fantastic dog groomer! They did a wonderful job and were so gentle and patient. Communication was excellent from start to finish—clear, friendly, and reassuring. I felt completely confident leaving my dog in their care and will definitely be coming back!

Samantha is the best! She has shown so much love and patience with my nervous pup. He has gone from being scared to get in the tub to getting excited to walk in the door to Underdogs!! We’ve been going to Sam (and now Kayle) since our dog, Gansett, was a few months old. Grooming a golden retriever is hard, and we’ve seen many with absolutely horrendous hair cuts. Never has this happened with Gansett while he’s been under their care! Their work has even been complimented while traveling out of state with our golden! Sam is absolutely phenomenal in meeting your dog where they need to be met, making sure they always look handsome (seriously, I’ve never seen such great grooming work!), and is continuously learning to make sure Underdogs keeps up with industry standards. Today was Apollo’s first grooming appointment here! He turned out beautiful and his coat is the shiniest I’ve ever seen it! You can tell how detail oriented they are and we can’t wait for our next appointment.

Sam is amazing, She has been grooming my 2 girls since the were little. They always come out looking amazing. She is very talented and caring. And She makes sure that they are comfortable and happy at all times. Best groomer ever!
