The facility itself is very good and the staff are nice. That said, there was a miscommunication about my dog’s medication. I wasn’t told at pickup that he had missed his pill that morning, and later I was told it wasn’t given because he “ran out,” even though the pill bottle was returned with plenty left. When I raised the concern, the staff were very apologetic and kind, and I do believe it was a genuine mistake. However, because my dog has a medical condition that requires strict medication, I won’t be returning.

I have always had very good service from Cozy for years now. I have used their boarding services multiple times. They have individual runs for the dogs and I have been able to board two of my dogs together. I also have used their grooming services many times! I had a Bichon and now a Westie that needed to be groomed quite frequently. I feel their service charges are reasonable. I had originally been referred by a friend and I'm very happy I took her advice!

Teddy and we love this place. True, it is small and may not have all the bells and whistles as some other places, but we know Teddy is well taken care of, and the place is immaculate. He starts jumping around the car and waging his tail as soon as we get to dunkin.we recently went to a different kennel, and when we picked up Teddy, he literally gave us the cold shoulder for days. Not here happy going and happy being picked up Just like a kid at camp.

I called to request an appointment, left a voicemail and received a return call that same day. I called on a Wednesday to get an appointment that week and they had Saturday morning available, super convenient because I work during the week. My dog has extreme anxiety and Jean (the groomer) was very attentive to my dog was comforting. The grooming only took about an hour and half and when I picked up dog not only did, she look great and feel super soft, she seemed comfortable. (2 days later and she still is super soft) This was sooo reassuring because when I dropped her off she was panicking. High recommend and will most definitely be back!

Hands down the best kennel I've come across!!! My dog stayed for 11 days and it was worth every penny!!! Friendly and very communicable staff!!! The property is gorgeous and very convenient!!! Not once did they make me not feel comfortable leaving my fur baby in their care and not once did they judge his breed!!! Hands down the one and only kennel I'll ever use again!!!
