So. Recently posted my good experience at my Lily cat wellness check. Since then, 2 days later she got extremely ill. Ended up over weekend in emergency room. Couldn’t find why she was vomiting. Listless not eating. Lethargic. Over the course of 2 weeks requested Dr Steckler to call me. Only one was office manager. Try this. That. I pleaded to talk to Dr. never called. Today I got another call from Tech letting me know Dr said LAST WEEK to her we could try a medication in ear to help her eat. Why a week after repeated phone calls did he suddenly have an idea. Funny. So he did know I’d been calling but apparently wasn’t interested enough. And was told today Drs typically don’t call back. Wow. My primary does. We just started bringing our 15-year-old cat here, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care she’s received. From the moment we called for assistance with what turned out to be a UTI, the entire team was wonderful. The clinic is very clean and welcoming, and every staff member we encountered was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They took the time to really listen to our concerns and never made us feel rushed. With an older cat, that means so much. We felt heard, supported, and confident that she was in excellent hands. It’s clear that everyone here truly loves animals and treats them like their own. We’re so thankful to have found such a compassionate and professional veterinary team. Highly recommend!

usually veterinary care is stressful; well i’ve never had a veterinarian me tell to sit down and relax, while they work on an issue with one of my animals…i’m really impressed with the humanity and level of care.

Amazing staff... always provide wonderful services. Our Snoopy was treated by them until his last minute with such caring and loving support. And now with our new puppy Romeo, his first visit was as great. Looking forward to his next visit.

This animal hospital was so efficient! Super quick with getting my (reactive) dog secured in a room, they answered every single question, were on top of doing all of the labs, and bloodwork. The Dr. that we had actually read my dog's file before entering the room, and knew all of the ins and our about her history (which most human doctors don't even take then time to do). The staff were friendly, and personable, and they communicated with me following the bloodwork beautifully.
