I would personally give this particular uncle bills zero stars. Not saying the other locations are much better, but, I was in the fishers location today while the store owner was present.. And this is what the reptiles looked like. I have never been so appalled in my life. The majority of them don’t even have heat fixtures. If they do they are not correct, they have barely any substrate or humidity. Even water for that matter…

Really like the store and the pet options. Needed a special item for our little pup and they was only one that actually had in stock. Definitely going back

This place have wide range of reptiles, dogs,hamsters ,birds and fishes. My favorite part is playing with pets on the patting area. Customer friendly. Well Maintained stored.

My husband and I stopped in to look at potential future pets since we’ll be moving into a pet-friendly apartment soon. We explained this several times and made it clear we weren’t interested in taking any dogs out to play. Despite that, we were repeatedly pressured into doing so. Once we were in the pet area, things became extremely uncomfortable. Even though I tried my hardest to stay polite, we were pushed to “just buy the dog and ask for forgiveness later,” and we were basically blocked from leaving while I repeated—many times—that we were not purchasing a dog. One staff member, who I didn’t even realize worked there, even scoffed and rolled his eyes at me. They eventually took the puppy back, and we left right away.
