Friendly staff, extremely helpful. An employee named Kayla answered all of my questions regarding, cat food- to cat litter. Loved the immediate greeting upon entering the store and also seeing all the cute kitties up for adoption. Very clean and organized. Everything was easy to find. Also saw this cute cat up for adoption, and she was so friendly and licked my fingers. 10/10 great experience.

I've been shopping here for about eight years and have never had a bad experience. They always have what I need for my cats and reptiles (other than live feeders), and the store is always well kept. But the incredible staff is what keeps me coming back. Kayla has been very patient and informative about any pet care questions, and Brittany in particular is so sweet and it's always a delight to see her! She always has something nice to say and is very welcoming. Our chats definitely make errands more fun. Keep up the great work y'all, I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Friendly staff. The store wasn't busy when I visited, I was immediately greeted with a smile from the cashier. Clean store that looked well-stocked. I asked an associate for crickets, and they seemed happy to bag them for me. My frog has no complaints on the crickets. I'll be back in a couple weeks for more crickets.

This location has super friendly employees and good prices. We save on pet supplies using their coupons in the mail.

I've been shopping at ​Pet Supplies Plus for a while now, and I just wanted to give a big shout out to two amazing team members — ​Benjamin M. and ​Kenzie. Every time I visit, they go above and beyond to help, whether it's finding the right food for my picky ​dog or recommending new toys.​Furthermore, I have noticed Benjamin and the rest of the staff's genuine care for the cats available for adoption, which is truly commendable. Their compassion is evident and greatly appreciated.
