Paws & Play Dog Resort & Training Center

We’ve had a great experience so far with Paws & Play. Emily, the reception lead, has been excellent. We had a small communication hiccup on our pup’s very first day, but she turned the situation around immediately and since then the staff has been outstanding with communication. All of the front desk staff have also been pleasant and easy to work with. Everyone has been kind and gentle with our pup. Emily also helped me navigate a plan to gradually get our pup acclimated to a new place. We really like their setup with private rooms and structured playtime. It gives our pup time to regulate, rest, and socialize in a way that feels balanced for him. The atmosphere is welcoming, and you can tell the team takes pride in their customer care. Paws and Play does a very good job grooming our dogs. The whole process goes very smoothly. Chase does a very good job.

My three year old Irish Setter is attending Paws and Play for play and train. I can see so much progress in his manners. Today was his birthday and they made it special for him! He loves scent work and his training is spending time teaching him to acknowledge “birch” smell. Paws and Play has packages and we will be buying another package when we complete this one.

We used them to train our last dog while we were away and we came back to a well-behaved angel! We have a new puppy and were planning on doing Stay and Train again, but after meeting our girl, decided that wouldn’t be best for her. We appreciated them not just taking our money, but helping us as dog parents. The attendant answered all of our questions and we felt very supported!

My reactive dog and I have had several great private lessons with Taylor and Maddie over the past few weeks! They have helped me improve my handling and body language as well as given me better skills to work with my dog. They also gave me great recommendations of training work to do at home and classes to attend! Highly recommend for anyone with a reactive dog! We have been with Maddie for a few months and Daisy LOVES her. I have never seen her enjoy training sessions before Maddie!
