Worth the commute!!! My dog was diagnosed with lymphoma and told by all our local vets they couldn’t or wouldn’t treat him. They told us to put him down, he’s only 5! They were able to understand the urgency of his diagnosis, get him in asap the next day AND start his chemo a day later! My dog will get through this because of them! I love this office so much I’d make the commute for regular veterinary care too! Best team hands down!!! Photo from our pup two days after starting treatment, he already feels better 🩷

My cat, Dimsum, became very ill very suddenly, and I had to bring her in right away. From the moment I walked through the door, every single person greeted me with kindness and genuine concern. Dimsum’s condition was initially unknown, and after multiple tests, Dr. Cable recommended that she stay over the weekend so they could rehydrate her and monitor whether she would eat. Everyone from the Front Offices Staff to the Vet Tech’s - Veterinarian’s - everyone - is absolutely fantastic, professional, caring and highly supportive. I’ve been taking my K-9 companions to Fishers Veterinary & Associates for many, many years and I have never considered going anyway else! Highly, HIGHLY recommend.

Do NOT bring your pup to Dr. Brown. We’ve been coming here for nearly a decade, between all three locations. The quality of care has been mostly very good. We have our favorites on the care team and try to stick with our usual Doctor. Our pup hasn’t been feeling herself, so we took a first available (and first ever) appointment with Dr. Brown. From the start, he was cold and condescending. Despite his credentials, he showed zero ability, or care, on how to calm a nervous dog. No greeting or treats offered, just straight to grabbing our clearly anxious pup. We couldn’t finish the exam and had to walk out. She’s never been so fearful of anyone. He may be great with animals on the operating table but not when they’re awake! If I could rate Dr. Brown it’d be 1 star. Prior to this experience, I

Our dog, Hank was in pretty rough shape when we got home. He had a mass on his spleen which had started bleeding. He was having difficulty standing and had very labored breathing. I rushed him to FVA and they took care of him right away. He needed. to have his spleen removed but they wanted to get him stabilized and stronger before going in. This was the exact right thing to do. They gave him a medication that stemmed the bleeding and he was much stronger in the morning so they did the surgery. It went very well and he is on the mend. They took excellent care of him and our family. They gave us updates several times a day from both the Techs and the Doctor. We could not be more thankful for their care and support.
