They really are great as far as making sure your concerns are heard and giving you tools to help your fur babies as well as why we're implementing what is needed during the actual appointment. They could improve with following through on their end via emails and communications for the one month(30 days) that you paid for. The information given in the email sometimes contradicted what was told during the appointment. It took 2 weeks with us following up often to get a response. I understand things happen in people's personal lives but it felt unprofessional. I paid $500 to get help for my dog so no response that the professional is out and will get back to us or extend the days to replace the 2 weeks we had no response to our follow up questions left me feeling scammed. They completely changed the dynamic of our family's relationship for the better. Our sweet pup had severe anxiety and fear issues. Although she's a work in progress, and will continue to be, we never would've gotten to the success we are at now with her if it weren't for the team at the UC Davis Animal Behavior Department. They really care for your animal's well-being.

Not sure why there's a 1-star review with no explanation, but I've had wonderful experiences with the behavior team at UC Davis Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital. They care deeply about animal welfare and helping owners contend with difficult behavior problems. I felt really supported and validated, and they provided a lot of practical solutions and recommendations for my anxious pup, and I'm happy to say she is MUCH improved. Thanks for all you guys do, it's a tough job, and you do it with grace and expertise.

Cant find more knowledgeable, caring and experts for my dog all under one roof.
