Customer Reviews
Very impressed with the staff at this location and Dr. Christionson. Staff are kind and the doctor was very understanding and explained end of life care very very well. A difficult conversation made better by these professionals who care deeply.
Our precious pup, Pablo, was neuter and chipped we were very happy with the care and follow-up he received at Banfield. We highly recommend them!
They've always been good to my little monster. She's very skittish but they don't muzzle her and treat her great and she even kinda likes going there now.
This is the best vet I have ever visited in my life. I’ve had over a dozen dogs and a handful of cats and I’ve never felt like their vet cared for them as much as this place. The office staff are friendly and helpful in person and on the phone. The techs are extremely knowledgeable and seem very caring and professional. The doctors I’ve seen have all been so friendly to me and my pets. I have a large bully breed, and have experienced no discrimination towards him, even from other customers. Also worth noting that this is the cleanest vet I’ve ever been to. A lot of mom & pop type places can look a little run down, which I know doesn’t mean they’re unsanitary or bad vets, but it’s nice going somewhere that looks well kept.
All this place wants is money! Had a puppy that was one-year-old and they pulled 10 teeth. We came back about a year later simply because they were easy to make appointments through. So this being our second visit we brought two of our puppies in there for a simple teeth cleaning. Both 5 lb. One is two years old and the other is three. They put them both under anesthesia. The 3-year-old they said needed four teeth pulled because they were loose. We never noticed any issues at home and brush their teeth once a week so I thought that was weird. After the procedure on the 2-year-old they said it all went well. Tried to wake him up. He was dead. Attempted CPR with negative results. They killed my puppy. My guess is overdose on anesthesia. How are they not monitoring his heart and everything th
