Two Bostons

I've been shopping at Two Bostons for a while now, and it's hands-down my favorite pet store in the area. They have a huge variety of pet food—everything from premium kibble and raw options to grain-free and limited-ingredient formulas for picky eaters or dogs with allergies. Whether you're looking for a specific brand or just want to try something new, their selection is impressive and well-organized. It's clear they really care about quality and only stock things they'd feel good feeding their own pets.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Jacob in-store while finding and fitting a new harness for our Frenchie/Pit rescue, who pulls like a mule on walks. Jacob went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect harness. He patiently tried different options, made sure the fit was just right, and even took the time to properly adjust and size it for our dog before we left. His attention to detail and genuine care made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. What stood out most was that Jacob’s product recommendations felt sincere and thoughtful. He wasn’t just trying to make a sale—he truly cared about finding what worked best for our dog’s needs. He even shared some great food and treat suggestions that have turned out to be a hit at home. Waffles had THE BEST time during his private, reactive dog shopping at Two Bostons Pet Boutique. He literally shopped till he DROPPED. He can be reactive to dogs and people but the manager Sonia was sooooo good with him and they were fast friends. We both were comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Shopping is something I thought we would never be able to do and we will be back. Cannot recommend this experience enough!! If you don’t need a private shopping experience, it is still a great store to visit. They have a wide range of great products to pick from and a great bakery selection!!

The Two Bostons in Glen Ellyn has been a blessing since they opened. They provided a safe, clean space for my young puppies to socialize during the pandemic and their sales associates understand dog behavior such that they handle dogs in the store like pros. Additionally, they are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They special order foodstuffs for my puppiez regularly and help me find safe/responsibly sourced foods. We were able to do a private shopping experience for Eddy’s birthday and we had a blast! It’s great that Two Bostons creates a safe space for sensitive/reactive dogs. The store was clean and well stocked and we shopped till we dropped! The employee (Ana) that was there with us was also extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to this store. Highly recommend!
