They were able to fit me in right away to help get burrs out of my Aussie's fur and paws. They were gentle and thorough and helped keep my anxious dog calm. I can't speak to any of their formal grooming services but I give them 5 stars based on customer service and dog handling alone.

It took me awhile, but finally found this place and LOVE the groomers. They really seem to care for my dog and you're not waiting hours to hear from them. I usually drop off my dog and go get my nails done next door, then he's done!

Barb and Rick are the best! I trust them with my dogs 100%. One of my dogs has really bad separation anxiety but he comes back home perfectly fine because he’s 1 on 1 with Barb the whole time instead of waiting in a crate or with 100s of other dogs like most shops… oh and they have the best self-service dog wash in the area👍🏻 highly recommend

I absolutely love Shear Pooch! The staff is so friendly and attentive, treating me like their own. They always do an amazing job with my grooming. I come out looking and smelling fantastic. The facility is clean, and they’re great about accommodating my busy schedule. Highly recommend this place for any pooch wanting to look their best! I give it four paws. 🐾🐾 Love you guys! We love this place! They are loving, reasonably priced, patient with our scared dog and indulgent with our energetic dog. We have been coming here for over a year and they always do an excellent job. Just kind, sweet folks. Highly recommended!
