Twin Falls Veterinary Clinic & Hospital

We have been using Twin Falls Veterinary Clinic for the last 4 years!! They have been absolutely A M A Z I N G!! I have been impressed with them from the start. Recently, our Pup had puppies!! The staff and Doc were so wonderful about pregnancy planning, answering questions, and accommodating us through the whole process... even called us back on a SUNDAY!! Their pricing is affordable, which we certainly appreciate when our Pup delivered 9 puppies. I love their drop-off appointment options, especially for our cats who need a little time to calm down and transition after a car ride. When we come back for pick-up, our cats are calm and relaxed, making them MUCH happier and far less difficult to handle when we prepare them for their next visit and approach them with the car carrier. This was the best experience! Needed a visit and updated shots for my rescue to go to the kennel. They got me in the next day, and the dr was so great, my dog didn't like strangers and he was able to calm him and go through the most thorough exam this dog has ever had! Chapo loved him

Called because our dog had a uti all night and needed to see the doctor badly. The woman on the phone took all her information, my information, and then rudely told us to find somewhere else. When I asked why, she dismissed me and hung up on me. Would never trust such callous people with a pet, especially when you're going to be paying them several hundred dollars.

TLDR: If I was talking to a friend, I would tell them to stay clear of this vet, they WAY overcharge!!!! If you have no other options, then they do care about the animals and are kind, but I don’t guarantee they will solve your concerns. Adding a picture of my puppy so this doesn’t get lost. Starting with the pros: They are very informative and truly care about your animal. They can usually get you in promptly and my dog enjoyed the vibe of the office and the people who worked there. They also have relatively good availability. They will go above and beyond to communicate with you and usually will give advice over the phone as well. I am happy and sad. This review replaces an old one (I hope). In the old review I praised Dr Szanto and his staff for providing all the basic services that one needs for their pets, checkups, vaccines, skincare, stumic issues, a surgery, and several boardings. I was completely happy with the care my dogs, Bosco & Boa, received. There was nothing sad about that review. All the news was good and I am very thankful. Now, after 13 years, I am still thankful for the excellent Healthcare my dogs found at Twin Falls Vetranary Clinic & Hospital, but I am also sad, because I lost my most handsome friend and confidant, my Bosco. He was in his 15th year of life and simply ran out of gas. I suffered 3 major losses in my life, my Grandmother, my wife, and now my Bosco. I don't know why these are so
