We take our 2 year old adoptive dog to Kristen Merrel every 3 weeks to get a spa treatment. He absolutely loves her so much and we couldn’t have for someone else who care just as much about him as we do!🩷

I like petsmart but everytime i walk into this location I am never greeted and Nobody ever asks me if I need any help. Just wish the customer service were more welcoming and helpful. The cashiers are always nice but the rest of the employees who walk the store actively try to avoid helping people it seems. There have also been numerous time I've seen ick on the fish and none of the employee caught it and were selling people fish with ick. Even after I told an employee, they did. Nothing about it and we're still trying to sell people fish without even warning them.

Doing a better job at taking their fish tanks clean. The customer service is great. The 2 only downside is the reptile enclosure, especially for leopard geckos and bearded dragons, they are too small. They run out of earthworms and night crawlers 😭
