Wag-N-Tongue

This was our first time visiting the Wag-N-Tongue, we have two dogs; a three year old Frenchie and a one year old rescue Boerboel. We haven’t been able to get the Boerboel to get clean other than wet wipes in the six months we’ve had him, but these facilities were so convenient and well placed it was easy to get him washed. Now we have two clean dogs at a fantastic price! This is our new go-to place!

This place is a disgrace. Went in there, used the self dog washing. It was fine, and made an appointment for a full grooming of my dog. Just before his appointment, the groomer called and said that they had a water line break, and the salon was closed, which turned out to not be true. She rescheduled me for an appointment for my dog and when I showed up, she said that she didn’t want to do him rather than being honest upfront. I do not recommend this salon at all as it’s integrity is nonexistent.

I’ve been to a lot of self serve dog washes in my life and this one ranks as #1. Great facility, supplies, and staff.

The owner of this establishment knows what she is doing. I brought my Siberian Husky in one day 30 minutes before closing. I was planning to groom her myself, hoping I could get done before she closed. I was sooo wrong to think I could get done in 30 min, it took me 2 hours! I started working as fast as I could. She didnt rush me at all like I expected. But she even helped me, and taught me a lot. I had no idea how involved grooming a dog the correct way can be. Especially a husky. After working with her I realized I had never really washed my husky's skin. I've tried to give her a bath at home several times, but now I know those attempts pretty much did nothing and possibly made things worse. I ended up staying there for an hour and a half after closing! She very patiently stayed with me

My labradoodle had some issues going to the bathroom while we were out and about Saturday morning(stuff stuck to her fur💩). I was beside myself what to do. I wrapped a plastic bag around her bum, put her back in the car and called Wag-N-Tongue. I took her in, bathed her and cleaned her up. Easy peasy! They were so nice and had everything I needed.
