Twickenton Dog & Cat Grooming

Thanks to Elisha, my 10 year old English Springer Spaniel, Benny, looks as handsome and distinguished as ever! I’ve been taking Benny to be groomed at Twickenton for the last 5 years and I’m always thrilled with how spiffy he looks after each of his “spa days.” (And he smells good too!) Thank you to the entire Twickenton team who are always so friendly and helpful.

This place is Great!!! Very professional! Most, if not all the groomers working have been there for quite sometime. 20/30 years some of them. They are in a league of their own. They have past awards on the wall and the over all feeling in there was calm, safe and pleasant. Yoshi, my mini long hair Dachshund didn’t want to leave. 10/10. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you all at Twickenton for all the great work and service you provide!!!

I am not the one to leave reviews like this, but this is absolutely THE WORST HAIRCUT I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. Not only did they not call me to tell me that they would be shaving my golden doodles and their tails (big no no for doods), but it was $200!! I understand that dogs can get matted, especially doods, but I have only seen dogs shaved like this that have been seriously neglected. When I picked them up the lady outside asked me what she could do and kept saying “I’m so sorry” because she could clearly see that I was upset. I said there was nothing that she could do and that I will try to fix it myself. It will take at least a year for their tails to grow back possibly even longer. I have posted before and after pics of my sweet girls and I am honestly so horrified at this entire

Great first experience. Had our two cats groomed and shaved and our two dogs groomed. Everyone looked great and seemed very well taken care of. Cats feel great, you can tell, and they've never had a cuter lion cut!! Even our nervous dog was in great spirits, always a great sign!

Gumbo had his first grooming at Twickenton today and he looks fabulous! They did such a wonderful job and got his coat feeling so much lighter for summer. The staff was friendly and the price is extremely reasonable for the high quality of service. Will definitely return and get groomings more often knowing that we have such a great local business to support in our town!
