My dog recently broke two teeth, which resulted in an extraction and a root canal. Dr. Jung and Denise were incredible throughout the entire process. They were transparent, walked me through various scenarios, and provided clear recommendations. They also took the time to ensure my dog felt comfortable with them and the environment before starting. I especially appreciated that they kept me updated throughout the day during her surgery. They understood that our dog is our family member. Highly recommend!
My dog Penelope was due for a dental, and with her size, age, collapsing trachea it was important for me to find a practice with a board certified anesthesiologist. But I was pleasantly surprised to be met with exceptional care from Dr. Jung himself, the techs and front desk. Dr. Jung took his time with skeptical Penelope and thoroughly examined her the best he could at our consult. He explained the possibilities and ensured we parted ways with me feeling confident about proceeding. All the techs were very gentle with her, and communication was super easy via text. I even appreciate the cutest pictures I received from Kristina at end of day. I will look no where else for her dental care. And we will be back for follow ups! Thank you all so much!
I cannot say enough about the incredible care Dr. Jung and his team -Theresa, Marco, Denise, and others whose names I regret missing- gave my dog Chiquita the most extraordinary care. From the front desk to the medical staff, everyone went above and beyond. When Chiquita suffered a fractured jaw after an accident, they made space to see her right away, even though their schedule was already full. That kind of compassion and dedication is rare. At every visit, the staff was patient, attentive, and kind. They even helped by picking up Chiquita while I was still looking for parking, which shows the level of thoughtfulness they bring to their work. The attention and care Chiquita received here surpassed what many people experience in hospitals. The team consistently followed up to check on her
I was nervous about the anesthesia and cleaning for my dog Xena. The team here answered all my questions (I had a lot)! In addition to Dr Jung (veterinary dentist), I met with Dr Ozer (cardiologist) and Dr Goudie (anesthesiologist). She got a comprehensive work-up and labs review prior to her cleaning. All the doctors were great but speaking with Dr Goudie and Dr Jung gave me a lot of confidence before the anesthesia. Xena needed just a basic cleaning and she bounced back as if nothing happened at all from the moment I went to go pick her up. Everything went quicker than I anticipated! I loved having the peace of mind that the anesthesiologist customizes the anesthesia plan for each patient and is present / monitoring during the procedure. Xena’s got sparkly clean teeth now!
I’m writing this review exactly the way I wish others had when I was searching for the right place for my senior dog. He’s over 12 years old and had a tooth extraction when he was younger, but at this age I’m much more careful. The risks are higher and I needed a clinic with strong reviews and real accountability. This clinic stood out for both. Before booking, I called to confirm they had an anesthesiologist on site. That was important to me because many regular vets don’t have one, and I didn’t want anyone but a trained anesthesiologist handling my senior dog. This clinic also focuses specifically on dental extractions, which gave me extra confidence. The consultation has a fee, which they told me upfront, but what they didn’t make clear is that each specialist has a separate fee. I sa
