Trendy Pets Grooming Salon

This was my first time taking my dogs to Trendy Pets Grooming Salon. They looked and smelled great when I arrived to pick them up. Most importantly they were calm and comfortable when I arrived. The price was reasonable, considering that I paid for two dog groomings. I arrived at about 2:15 PM and they were ready by about 5:15 PM, which is not an unreasonable amount of time. The only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars was because the salon smelled awful and it looks very dirty. I was a little apprehensive after I left them because I was concerned about the cleanliness of the salon. I will be honest and say that I almost went back to pick my dogs up, but decided to give them a try because I took into consideration who their clientele is and the services they provide. My Dog is always treated with care when she gets groomed here!!! My dogs groom has NEVER been messed up. She always smells so good and looks so cute when we pick her up.

So far my best experience, no scheduling conflicts, always say yes for last minute appointments, my 3 Yorkie sons seem like they like them allot, reasonable price and great attitude. Highly recommended.

I took my pug to get her nails cut and filed today and as I was leaving I noticed 4 nails were bleeding! I went in and he put some stuff on them but one just wouldn’t stop bleeding. Blood was all over my hands and all over the paper towel still dripping on the ground. All the nails are different lengths and not done correct at all and when I told him he said my dog kept moving. I’m sure not one dog sits completely still while getting their nails trimmed however it is your job to figure it out and if you can’t do the service the right way then don’t do it at all especially still charging my FULL PRICE and not even offering to give me my money back. I even tipped before I noticed how awful of a job was done. I will never ever bring my baby back here or recommend this place to anyone! Horribl
