They give veterans discount, unlike Rural King. I've found things much cheaper here than at RK, Home Depot or Lowes prob 50% of the time (40% of the time it's the same price), such as a towed seed broadcaster, towed turf aerator and a hard to find brush cutter model. It's an easy drive from Springfield, just a couple minutes on 72, making the savings well worth it. This location has a lot more in stock than you'd think based on its small (imo) appearance. The staff are always ready to help. If you need something assembled there, do a check on it before you take it home.

Came in today to buy some stuff for my dog and look around. After paying for the items I was handed my receipt and then Cashier Kaylee didn't bother to hand me my items off the counter nor did she bother to offer me a bag. Who wants to have to carry around a bunch of dog treats and toys, especially by time I get home and have other bags from the grocery store. This is a perfect example of why people are saying there's no such thing as customer service anymore. I know this girl from working somewhere else but can't put my finger on it if it was a speedway or a restaurant and it was the same kind of attitude. I get it it's a job but atleast take pride in yourself or get a job that doesn't require dealing with customers.

Jordan provided exceptional customer service last night when we came in to buy a new Bad Boy mower for my teenage son. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and even let my son test drive it. The mower was already delivered first thing this morning! A big thank you to Jordan and the Springfield team for making the buying experience enjoyable with no issues!! The Urbana store can learn a thing or two from you guys.

Love looking around. You can find some great clearance deals on some pretty neat stuff. We also get our dog food here.
