All About Pet Grooming

Lilly has groomed all of my girls! She’s always been professional and my girls enjoy going to see her! It’s very important that they get great and quality treatment with one of them being my service dog, she has to be clean and well maintained at all times and one of them being geriatric she need a little extra patience they both clearly receive what they need. They come home looking beautiful and happy clearly enjoying the experience they’ve had.

Lilly is an amazing person and groomer !! She has done a fantastic job with our puppy mill puppy !! He was super timid about being groomed and she had so much patience!! I would recommend her to anyone with a dog that needs groomed ❤️

I wish i could rate 0 stars. STRONGLY RECOMMEND looking into other groomers in the area. Groomer called a client’s veterinarian and was berate about not understanding a treatment protocol. Continued to yell at veterinary staff about a dog’s ear condition when the groomer was scheduled to groom THE BODY of the dog. Owner called me specifically to apologize for this groomers behavior because it was outright unprofessional and unacceptable. I called to complain to management — only to find out “Lily” is management, and is the same person who disrespected the owner and her veterinary staff. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Could not get anything accomplished over her only hearing her own thoughts and ideas. She is uneducated to say the least. Owner of the dog also said she will NEVER go back to this

As someone who has 2 years of grooming experience and as well as many years of experience in veterinary medicine, I would not take my animals to Lilly. She is VERY unprofessional and doesn’t understand basic medical care. I never write bad reviews, but something she needs to be done and she needs to be talked to and told what she did today was not okay. Calling a vet office irate that she has to do her job and treating a veterinary professional with so much disrespect, because she “doesn’t care about the medical side of things” is absolutely ridiculous. I will be telling everyone who asks me for groomer recommendations not to go to All About Pets.

I took 2 of my yorkies to Lilly for grooming and I was very satisfied. I appreciated that she took the time to let me know what I I can do to make the styles I want obtainable.
