I went to get a 50 lb sack of dogfood! Only 2 cashiers were there. One of them was new. Many were needing assistance with purchases, but not one other employee was at the store to help. April had a great attitude and kept trying to make everyone happy. After 45 minutes of waiting , April carries my dogfood out to my truck. I felt so bad for her, she was almost in tears and overwhelmed! What manager would allow an employee or a store to ever be in that situation? This is not the only time this has happened. Perhaps this is why there is such a high employee turnover. Good job April and keep up the good work!!

Went to Tractor Supply Palestine, Texas. Tried to get service to buy a cub cadet riding lawnmower. First ask the girl up front, she sent me to a guy in the back at the desk. Ask him, he stated it wasn't his job and stood there, I then said can you at least ask someone to help me? He got on his mic and asked someone! Who responded they were busy. I ask again if someone could help me purchase the mower, He just looked at me. I looked at him and told him he just sold a John Deere for Lowe's. I got in my truck and went down the street and got me a John Deere. I guess that about ends my dealing with Tractor supply.

September 2025 - 1 yr ago - The store has improved. However, from week-to-week they are not consistent stocking some products; meaning sometimes it will be there and other times it will not. Main thing as to why I shop there is the employees. They are kind, professional, and willing to help. Too bad it is not a superstore like Frankston. We visit that location too. 1 yr ago - I continue to be frustrated that I can only get half of what I need for cats, dogs, bunny, mini horse. I literally asked an employee if the store was going out of business. LOL!!! This store is a joke. Usually I give 4 and 5 stars. I call this place "Almost TSC". I am fed up having to shop online since their website sucks. It is not convenient to shop at the stores in Frankston or Jacksonville.

I placed a same day delivery order at 11:30 am. This type of order is advertised as an order that will be delivered the same day if ordered before 2pm. There is a $50 fee for this, and the items I ordered increased in price when I selected same day delivery. The status of the order didn't change at any point throughout the day. After automated systems from Tractor Supply and their 3rd party delivery service, I was finally able to reach a real person that told me they couldn't find a driver to pair with my order. The order was never updated and no one ever called or emailed me to help. I canceled this order after a frustrating day of waiting for it. I don't have a truck that can handle this order, so I lost a whole day of working on my project, or making arrangements for a delivery that wou
