Just learned that one of my husband and I’s favorite employees and helpers here (Mike) will be retiring! We will miss his friendly face!! He was always super helpful and kind. Glenn has helped me out a ton as well. Great people working here. We appreciate the friendly service, it’s hard to come by nowadays.

Tractor supply almost always has what you want and need. But truth be told Mike from Berlin, VT tractor supply is why we step foot here time after time. Mike knows the customers, cares about the customers and genuinely makes you feel like family. He has always been helpful and brought smiles. Mike makes running errands to tractor supply not a daunting task but rather something to look forward to. We love you MIKE!

I purchased a full pallet of wood pellets for my wood-burning stove from Tractor Supply Company in Montpelier and paid extra for home delivery. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The pellets were delivered to the wrong address — dropped at my neighbor’s house — and placed in a way that blocked their garage. When I called the delivery driver directly, he hung up on me. I then contacted Tractor Supply Company in Montpelier to resolve the issue. They told me they would reach out to the third-party delivery company. About an hour later, they called back and said I should try to handle it on my own. These fine folks are always so helpful. Sometimes I walk in there wondering if theres a gadget to do some obscure plumbing task, I ask a couple dumb questions, they help me find exactly what I need!

Always a decent store and fun to look around. Plus they have great pricing on the bedding and food we use. Also good close outs, little propane heater was super marked down and has been pretty decent!
