Panther was treated very kindly and was welcomed as a new patient! She passionately hates going to the vet, but with the folks at Montpelier Vet Hospital, she was calmer and less fearful. We were so happy and relieved to see her that way! We're relieved to have found a great place for our sweetie.

Dr. Murray and Dr.Drolet were both pleasant to deal with on our first and final visit. Amanda also did a nice job of making our puppies, as well as my Wife and I feel comfortable. Biggest issue we had here was the transparency of the billing (we expect to pay mind you. Just weren't sure how much) We were referred here by some friends and our first visit (12/5) was smooth, we had an additional vaccine attached after we were educated on all of the costs associated, $375. Amanda also assisted us and was adamant we needed to come in before year end for boosters. She set our appointment up but we were not made aware of costs for the next visit as to us it appeared it was all included. These guys are the absolute best vets in my area! They listen to the owners, and don't make you come in for unnecessary procedures. I sent them a picture of something with my dog, they advised what I should do for him, and just said that if his energy level dropped he should come in. They are just the absolute best. My little dog is TERRIFIED of the vets, and the recognize that he is more comfortable with me in there with him so they did their check on his eye right there in the room. I told them they would need to muzzle him, and they listened no questions asked. Can't recommend them enough

If you want to bring your pet to the local butcher shop this is the place to go. They behave unethically at the point of service, they do not prioritize your pet, and according to Second and Third opinions from two REAL VETS they did not handle this situation correctly. And finally they are rude from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave. MY PET WOULD BE DEAD IF I kept following their advice. Save yourself the headaches.
