We have been coming to this TSC for many months now, always greeted at the front door and great customer service. They look up items to see if things are in stock, if not they know when they will be. Jace has always been great and very knowledgeable. Will continue to have my support A+++!

I’ve shopped at this store many times, but unfortunately I will not shop at this location any longer. I’m in a sling due to rotator cuff surgery. As I’m pushing the cart several employees look at me, me for asking me if I need assistance. I load 3, 50lb bags of feed and then need assistance for something off the top shelf. As I’m checking out, the cashier looks at me and also the manager on duty. I’m heading out and still no assistance?? So I’m out at my truck loading it up and another customer comes and helps me out! Wow. The customer service has definitely gone away here!

Offer propane refill service but didn’t have anyone that could fill my tanks. False advertisement Should have someone capable of doing the service anytime the store is open or stop offering the service altogether

We had our propane filled and employee way overfilled it! Complained to manager and he just said bleed it off, that might be the case but it's been bleeding it off since we got it and we had it filled yesterday. Very unprofessional and could careless on how we felt about it. Unless we don't have a choice we will NOT return there for propane.

No warning, close an hour early still sunny and warm out no need to rush out… during a polar storm at that with very few places to fill propane some people rely on the hours posted if you’re gonna do this, you have to update it
