There are so many pet stores in this little town, but none of them top the deals and service that Pet Supplies Plus has! Every time I stop in, the shelves are stocked, the store is clean, and the staff is always smiling and so knowledgeable. Trina went above and beyond helping me find the best snacks for my pup. It’s rare to find someone that genuinely cares about your pet like that, and it made the whole experience even better! Not to mention the huge Halloween sale they’re having right now toys, treats, costumes, and so much more all marked down! You can tell they really want to help pet parents save while still giving our fur babies the best. I really wish I would have caught the name of the lady I was speaking to.... She was incredibly knowledgeable about the fish and other animals I asked about. I ended up purchasing some baby shrimp and snails for what I needed... Every question I had she answered confidently and kindly and made suggestions and had a smile on her face with an all around genuine, happy demeanor. She helps me tremendously. So whoever you are( I will find out your name and repost this)...thank you!

As soon as we walked in, there was a very nice young woman who asked us if we needed any help, we were brought right to what we needed. It was very clean. She knew exactly where everything was , very informative.
