Very friendly staff and clean dog washing station!

Update: I contacted the number provided from the response. They placed a new order and told me to bring the defective bag back. I did. And the lady who brought the new order out was so rude. We tried giving her the food back and she said "we don't want that, throw it out!" I explained why we brought it. She didn't apologize about the defective bag, instead she said that's not their problem and we need to dispose of it. I'll never shop at tractor supply again. We ordered our dogs food for pickup. It's for dogs with a lot of allergies. They gave us a bag with a hole in it. What's worse is they covered the hole with duct tape. So who knows what chemicals touched the food. I know it's policy to throw out anything that's being consumed and has a hole in it. I contacted tractor supply about it

Nothing wrong with the store or the employees, but the new pet wash machine is absolutely worthless. 15 minutes is not enough time to wash a Chihuahua, much less a 165lb Newfoundland. My dog has been itching all over ever since, and I won't be back to try it a second time.

4 stars mostly because of the very friendly staff working at this location. We buy our cat food here and bring our dog with us, the employees at checkout are always a joy to chat with and we love the variety of treats they give to dogs, it led to us purchasing a brand of treats that they were giving out one day.

TSC in Chardon is amazing! Always clean, well stocked and prices you can't beat. Adam(manager), Teddy, Thea, Wade and the rest of the staff, are extremely friendly and helpful with anything you need and very knowledgeable with products. You might walk in as a customer but you'll walk out feeling like family.
