A1 Bed & Biscuit Kennel & Grooming Salon ... dog, cat, or pet sitting boarding

I take both my dogs to A1 and I am more than happy with their services. I have a long haired Husky, and his grooming is often lengthy, but he always comes back beautifully groomed. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Both my dogs also spent two weeks in boarding, and they came home happy and healthy. They have the best time in play group, too. A shout out to Logan, who treats my husky like his own, and also to Tilly, Nina, and Laurie! I will never go anywhere else with my pups!

Our pup Finley has been going here for doggy daycare for the past 5 years and we couldn’t be happier. The staff love/care for him so well and treat him like a member of their family. We see many of the same customers every single week and he still plays with several of the same dogs that he met as a puppy 5 years ago which is a true testament as to the kind of place this is. We love our A1 family❤️

Unfortunately we did not have a positive experience this past December. When we picked up our dog and brought her home she had several bite marks along the top of her neck, down her back, and a few on her chest. We took her to the vet and they confirmed they are bite marks. Also my dog was not fed all her feedings. When I called they apologized but was the extent of it, they took no responsibility. I don’t trust a place to allow this type of hard play. I don’t recommend.

I have had nothing but an incredible experience with the A1 team. They have taken care of not only my dogs but many of my families as well. They have always loved our animals like their own. They are flexible and easy to work with. Tilly rocks. Will always use A1 for our pups.

Writing this because I see that other people are also sharing their bad experiences here and thought I’d share mine. I took my dog Max (yellow lab) there a while ago because my family was going out of town for a week. When we dropped him off we gave them very specific instructions on how to feed him along with multiple bags with different labels on them. We wrote what they were on the bags and also attached a sticky note on the bag to assure that no one would get confused. When they tried to feed him, he wouldn’t eat which was normal because he gets nervous in different environments so that part wasn’t on them. However when we called and suggested that they put A SINGLE TREAT on top of the food to get him to eat it, they dumped ALL of his treats in that bowl. When they called back and said
