FIRST TIME doing online pickup. I followed the directions on the drive-up sign at the store that said check in with your email that stated your order is ready. I think because I didn’t have the app, it wasn’t working, so I downloaded the app, and it started to work, but this beyond RUDE lady came out just chewing me out. I literally said first time, doing the best I can, but she proceeded to be sooooo awful!!!! I have a lot going on taking care of a mentally and physically disabled sick family member. Most days, IDK how I can go on, but u know what!? I still start out nice with people! Maybe this lady should give it a try! Especially seeing as how I am a paying customer. I am appalled I was treated this way! And for what? What is so bad/wrong w her that she had to chew me out for no reason

I went in about 30 minutes before closing to give my dog a quick bath. When I walked up to the register, before I could even say anything, the worker rudely shook her head and told me it was too late to give my dog a bath. If you are going to turn people away before your store closes, then you need to post separate hours for your pet wash.

I had a great experience. The manager was actually leaving for home when he saw me lifting a box for this awesome mower. He dropped his bags and helped me immediatly. Oh, and the mower is simply outstanding. On sale too!!

I went to TSC today to get a propane tank for my work for our forklift. I had never done this before so I went in and talked to the girl at the registers who was very nice and told me where to go. The issue came with the lady who came out to help me at the propane area. I told her that I need a propane tank and she asked what size. I showed her what it looked like and said it was for a forklift. She said we don’t do them for forklifts. I calmly told her that my boss had been here before to get one for the forklift and she said again, rudely this time, that they don’t do them for forklifts. So I said okay. Not good customer service when you’re rude to a customer who has never done that before. Won’t be going back for awhile
