Fluff & Buff Grooming

I really hate to leave negative reviews. Fluff & Buff is such a cute little spot and the owner is so friendly but, I was not happy at all with my experience. It has taken me a while to post this review but every time I see the pictures of after my Goldendoodle was groomed, I’m disappointed all over again. Doodles coats are finicky, their thick curly hair is very time consuming to deal with. Drying them takes forever. My dog was not properly blown out before having her hair cut. That left her wet and cold and when her hair did dry all the way there were random long patches. I’m not a professional groomer but have done my doodles hair myself and had professional groomers cut her too. I wasn’t able to get in with my regular groomer due to a time crunch and a big move across the United States.

Bella and Rosie had a beautiful experience with Tracy ! It’s the first time Bella hasn’t had dandruff after being washed! We are very happy and they will be going back to this salon for future appointments!

Tracy did AMAZING with our Pepper Girl!! She is extremely knowledgeable, and very gentle! The shop is very tidy and welcoming. Not only did she style and cut her coat perfectly, she brushed her teeth, did her nails, cleaned her ears, bathed her, etc. for all the services she did it was a great price and awesome service! We will be taking Pepper here every month from now on. Thank you so very much Tracy! You just gained a customer for life 🩷🫶🏼

Never had a dog that required grooming before. They were so extremely helpful and non-judgmental, I couldn't recommend enough! Super kind and caring. I wouldnt go anywhere else
