Our cat, Gus Gus, has been a patient for healthy visits, sick visits, and the dreaded end of life discussion visits. Every time we have gone to this clinic, I feel confident that my cat is in good hands. Dr. Davis Hall is incredible. He is honest, thorough, and has the best bedside manners. He makes us feel like Gus Gus is family and he is quick to crack a joke to make you feel more at ease. I truly feel like he has our cat’s best interests at heart and will take the time to discuss all options with you. His vet tech and the receptionist with short hair (I’m sorry I don’t remember names, but they both worked on 11/1) have also been truly amazing. They sent us an email informing us that our dog was dying of an extremely aggressive form of cancer (hemangiosarcoma) on a Tuesday, and then refused to take our calls or prescribe medication for two days as his condition was rapidly deteriorating. Their email mentioned a blood clotting agent and a steroid to make him more comfortable. We called the office Wednesday morning to request that they prescribe the medication and to ask the doctor some follow-up questions, but were told our doctor was on vacation and unavailable. They eventually agreed to have a different vet call us by the end of the day. Nobody called on Wednesday, and nothing was prescribed. We brought our 6-year-old female Labrador Retriever, Mercury, to Town & Country Animal Hospital for her annual wellness exam, boosters, and routine bloodwork, and the visit exceeded all expectations. Dr. Courtney Katsur is compassionate, incredibly knowledgeable, and so patient. She gave Mercury a thorough check-up, explained every step in detail, addressed our questions about her energy levels and diet as she approaches her senior years, and made sure everything was handled gently. The real MVPs of the visit were technicians Megan and Shauna. Mercury had to receive 4 shots (including her vaccines) and have blood drawn, which is never her favorite thing. Have tried several vets over the years, and Town and Country is hands down the best. The vets are always very communicative and explain what is going on throughout the process. I have had minor and major issues with my pup, and the care has always been on point. Appointment availability when I am stressed out worrying sets this practice above all others. Follow up and timely responses to e-mail requests during off hours is phenomenal. Highly recommend!

Town and country has been great for our dog Sonny. Sonny had his usual nail appointment today and the two techs went above and beyond with him. They did a great job on his nails and even gave him a very good grooming. I recommend town and country to anyone who loves their pet!
